We continue to battle the wild winter weather, Mother Nature is clearly now in charge of our work schedule. The project is hunkered down in protection mode with more rain on the forecast. The Canoga bridge continues to be constructed as the bridge abutments are being poured with concrete. Grading operations have dwindled due the the rain.
The conveyor belt construction is complete but has not yet been operated due to the recent rains.
Twin Lakes residents please use caution and slow speeds on roads. There are site maintenance crews tending to erosion control measures. We have had an increased amount of work crews in preparing for the winter storm forecasted. You may encounter street sweepers and workers repairing pot holes.
The resident access on Cangoa to Mayan will be receiving a new load of rock base on Thursday 2/16. Please use the Topanga access for the day of 2/16 to eliminate any traffic congestion. See area in pink that will be blocked to residents on Thursday.
Equestrians please do not recreate on any graded areas within Phase 1 in Deerlake. The soils is wet, sticky, deep and not compacted. Not following this warning could cause serious injury to a horse and rider with potential sinking.
